We want you to love what you wear. Unworn pieces in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.

How it works

  1. Request a return from your account, or email hello@novielly.com with your order number.
  2. We’ll send a prepaid return label within one business day.
  3. Refunds are issued within 5 business days of us receiving your return.

Every piece also carries a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects — reach out any time and we’ll make it right.
